1. Promoter
The promoter of this promotion is Glory EV Group ("Promoter").
2. Promotion Period
The promotion is open to eligible customers who take delivery of a vehicle from Glory EV Group in Victoria between:
9:00am on 1 October 2026 and 5:30pm on 15 December 2026 (inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
Vehicles delivered before 9:00am on 1 October 2026 or after 5:30pm on 15 December 2026 are not eligible to participate.
3. Who Can Enter
The promotion is open to Victorian retail customers who purchase and take delivery of a vehicle from Glory EV Group during the Promotion Period.
The following customers are excluded:
- rental customers;
- government customers;
- fleet customers;
- Glory EV Group employees;
- Glory EV Group contractors;
- directors, officers and representatives of the Promoter; and
- immediate family members and other persons directly associated with the administration of the promotion.
4. How to Enter
Eligible customers must personally attend one of the Glory EV Group Thank You Nights and complete an official promotion entry form at the event.
Eligible customers may attend any one of the three Thank You Nights, regardless of which month their vehicle was delivered, provided their vehicle was delivered during the Promotion Period.
The Thank You Nights are:
- Thursday 29 October 2026
- Thursday 26 November 2026
- Tuesday 29 December 2026
Completion of an official entry form at a Thank You Night constitutes the customer's entry into the promotion.
Entry is limited to one entry per vehicle delivered during the Promotion Period.
There is no separate entry fee.
5. Selection of Finalists
At the conclusion of each Thank You Night, three finalists will be randomly selected from the valid entries submitted at that event.
The selection will be conducted live at the event by drawing completed entry forms at random from a designated container.
Three finalists will be selected at each of the three Thank You Nights, resulting in a total of nine finalists.
Selection as a finalist does not constitute winning the major prize.
6. Major Prize
The major prize is:
1 × BYD ATTO 1 Essential in Apricity White, drive-away.
Only one major prize will be awarded during the promotion.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or an alternative vehicle.
The winner cannot substitute the prize for another vehicle or request a cash equivalent.
7. Final Prize Draw
The final prize draw will be conducted at the Tuesday 29 December 2026 Thank You Night.
The names of the nine finalists selected across the three Thank You Nights will be placed into a container.
One finalist's name will then be randomly drawn from the nine names.
The finalist whose name is drawn will be declared the winner of the BYD ATTO 1 Essential in Apricity White, drive-away.
Each finalist will have an equal chance of being selected as the major prize winner.
Only one major prize will be awarded.
8. Attendance at Final Draw
The Promoter intends that finalists must personally attend the December Thank You Night to participate in the final prize draw.
If a finalist is unable to attend the December Thank You Night, the Promoter intends to select a replacement finalist from eligible entrants who attended the December Thank You Night.
9. Other Thank You Night Giveaways
The Promoter may provide additional giveaways or prizes at individual Thank You Nights.
These may include, but are not limited to:
- CYE-branded EV chargers;
- dash cameras;
- bags;
- bottles; and
- other promotional merchandise.
These giveaways are separate from the major prize and may be subject to separate terms and conditions announced at the relevant event.
10. Winner Notification
The major prize winner will be identified at the December Thank You Night following the final draw.
The winner will be notified in person and in writing.
The Promoter may publish the winner's name on its website, social media channels and/or another permitted publication method.
11. Prize
The major prize is a BYD ATTO 1 Essential in Apricity White, drive-away.
The prize is subject to vehicle availability and the standard terms applicable to the vehicle.
The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
12. Entry Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or finalist.
This may include verifying:
- the entrant's identity;
- vehicle purchase;
- vehicle delivery date;
- customer type;
- eligibility under these Terms & Conditions; and
- validity of the entry form.
The Promoter may reject or invalidate any entry that is incomplete, illegible, duplicated, fraudulent or otherwise invalid.
13. Personal Information
Personal information collected as part of the promotion will be used for purposes associated with administering the promotion, including:
- processing entries;
- verifying eligibility;
- conducting the draws;
- contacting finalists and the winner;
- arranging the prize; and
- complying with applicable legal requirements.
Any additional use of personal information, including marketing communications, will be subject to the applicable privacy requirements and any required consent.

14. Publicity
By entering the promotion, entrants acknowledge that the Promoter may be required to publish information identifying prize winners in accordance with applicable Victorian requirements.
Any additional use of an entrant's name, image, likeness or other personal information for marketing purposes will be subject to the applicable consent and privacy requirements.
15. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter will conduct the promotion in accordance with applicable Victorian laws and regulations governing trade promotion lotteries.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
